Orders are consolidated and processed efficiently within 3–7 business days to minimise unnecessary transport emissions.
Processing Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 4:20 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 4:20 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days after dispatch.

We support product longevity and proper use in line with consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, including acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
6. Returns and Waste Reduction

- A return shipping label is included inside the package when the customer receives the goods
