4. Orders and Payments

Each order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase, subject to acceptance.

Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order using the available payment methods.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully validated and a confirmation notification has been issued.

We offer a return service for all customers.

Due to stock management and operational processes, direct product replacement is not provided.

Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

Return requests for personal reasons are also accepted, including situations where the item does not meet expectations.

After confirmation of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 1–4 business days using the original payment method.
