Due to stock management and operational processes, direct product replacement is not provided.
If a customer wishes to receive a different item, the original product must be returned and a new order placed through the website.
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:

A return shipping label is included inside the package when the customer receives the goods.
If the order has not yet been dispatched and the request is made within 24 hours after purchase, a full refund can be issued.
After 24 hours, or if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the return procedure must be followed.

After confirmation of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 1–4 business days using the original payment method.
