1. Delivery Area

Our shop provides delivery services across Australia.
All orders placed through the website are delivered exclusively within Australia in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are applied as follows:

• Orders under €120: €8 shipping fee
• Orders of €120 or more: Free shipping

3. Order Processing Time

After payment is completed, orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days.

Processing Cut-off Time:

• Orders placed before 4:20 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed on the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 4:20 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  
• Orders placed on Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Products are shipped via professional courier services operating within Australia.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after dispatch

After shipment, tracking information will be provided so customers can monitor delivery status at any time.

5. Applicable Taxes

All prices include applicable taxes in accordance with Australian taxation laws.
No additional charges will be required at the time of delivery.

6. Liability

If a product is damaged or lost during transportation, our shop will handle the issue in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, and will provide a refund depending on the circumstances.
